A Promise, Not a Goodbye
Back before playlists, records had two sides. The A-side was the single — the song everybody already knew the words to. Flip it over, and the B-side was where the real character lived: looser, a little unexpected, the track a DJ might surprise you with at the end of the night.
When a DJ signed off, they didn’t say goodbye — they’d tell you they’d catch you at the flip side. Not an ending, a promise. That’s the phrase we built this place around. Every plate that leaves this kitchen is meant to be the reason you come back, not a one-and-done burger.
