Who We Are

What You Give Us

This site only collects what you type into it:

• Opening-updates form (Order page) — your email address. We use it to send you news about our opening, and that’s it.
• Careers form — your name, email, phone, role interest, and message. We use it only to consider you for a job and get back to you.

Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our website host) and delivered to us. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for. Want something you submitted deleted? Email us and we’ll take care of it.

What Gets Collected Automatically

• Hosting logs. Netlify may log standard technical data (like IP address and browser type) to serve and secure the site.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, device type, and general (city-level) location. If analytics isn’t switched on yet, nothing is collected. When it is, Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers, and we only ever see aggregate numbers — never your name. You can opt out any time with Google’s opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
• Embedded content. Our Visit page embeds a Google map, and our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When those load, Google receives the standard data that comes with any web request and may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

If how the site works changes, this page changes with it. The date at the top is the current version.
